Wild Dulse


The dark purple ‘bacon of the sea’  famously grows on the Bold Coast and Grand Manan Island. It’s great as a snack, with tomatoes in a sandwich, in a vinaigrette with sardines, or in chowders and soups. It is truly healing! 

Hand harvested from the waters of the Cobscook Bay, then sun dried and packed in a compostable rice paper bag.
